The questions clinics ask us
The real ones, from real calls. If yours isn't here, just email us.
What is an agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot waits to be asked a question and answers it. An automation fires when something pushes it. An agent reads what is happening across your clinic, decides what should happen next, does it, and reports back afterwards. It is the deciding and the doing that make it an agent.
What is the AI allowed to decide on its own?
Scheduling, quoting from your own price bands, following up on enquiries, and writing to patient records. Never anything clinical. Anything involving a medical opinion, a complaint, or money it is not certain about is handed to a person straight away.
Do we have to change our clinic number?
No. Patients keep calling and messaging the number already on your board, your Google listing and your prescription pad. We connect the agents behind it, so nothing changes for the patient and nothing gets reprinted. The only difference is that nothing goes unanswered.
How long does setup take?
The first agent is usually live within a week, doing one narrow job. We add the rest one at a time as each proves itself on your own enquiries.
What happens to our data if we stop working with you?
You keep the agents, the data and the documentation. It is written down as we build rather than assembled at the end, so a handover is a real handover.
What does it cost?
Less than hiring another front-desk person — and it works nights, Sundays and festival days. The exact figure depends on which agents you switch on, so we quote it per clinic on a free consultation.
